Nice to meet you! We're Sunny and Marcus, a small family-owned business based in Arrowtown. In 2018, we left the hustle of Auckland and relocated to the Alps before our eldest child started primary school.

Our diverse skill sets make our services both professional and unique. Marcus is a qualified builder and former maintenance manager for property developers in Mt Hotham, Australia, and Auckland. Aside from being a clean freak and creator of Essone sunscreen, I (Sunny) bring a decade of experience in the fashion and interior industry, importing and wholesaling brands to retailers across New Zealand.

Specialising in short-term holiday rentals and offering bespoke private holiday home concierge services, we pride ourselves on a flexible, transparent management style.
